Voláme Srdcem s.r.o. is the first telephone center of its kind in the Czech Republic – and in all of Europe. We don't sell products – we share words, attention, and understanding. We are a purely Czech project, bringing friendly conversations to seniors and to anyone who longs to hear a kind voice and share a moment of human connection.

Our calls take place in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
Our operators chat with clients about everyday topics – weather, memories, hobbies, life stories, or simple daily joys.

The topic of each call is chosen by the client – depending on their mood and what they feel like talking about.

We never discuss money, politics, or personal problems.
We share only what is pleasant – joys, memories, and the small moments of everyday life.
