Voláme Srdcem (Calling with Heart) s.r.o. is the first telephone center in the Czech Republic that, instead of products, brings words, attention, and understanding. We are a purely Czech social project offering friendly conversations to seniors across the country.

We help people who are left alone, without loved ones, or those who simply miss ordinary human contact in their lives.

On the other end of the line, there is always a kind voice – someone who truly listens, chats, encourages, and brings a smile.

For us, every call is more than just a few minutes on the phone – it is a real connection that can brighten an entire day. Sometimes it can even save more than we can imagine.

Our team consists of trained operators who call with respect, kindness, and understanding.

The service can be ordered directly by seniors, their loved ones, or partners who wish to contribute to a good cause and share a kind word.
