Voláme Srdcem s.r.o. is the first telephone center of its kind in the Czech Republic – and in all of Europe. We don't sell products – we share words, attention, and understanding. We are a purely Czech project, bringing friendly conversations to seniors and to anyone who longs to hear a kind voice and share a moment of human connection.

The Voláme Srdcem project is under the auspices of the Karlovy Vary Region
and supported by the Pilsen Region.

The topic of each call is chosen by the client – depending on their mood and what they feel like talking about.

We never discuss money, politics, or personal problems.
We share only what is pleasant – joys, memories, and the small moments of everyday life.
