Voláme Srdcem (Calling with Heart) s.r.o. is the very first phone center in the Czech Republic that doesn't sell products – instead, we offer words, attention, and understanding. We are a purely Czech social project that provides friendly conversations for seniors across the country.

We support people who want to chat, share worries and joys – whether they live alone or with family but still long for a little more warm human connection.

On the other end of the line, there's always a kind voice – someone who truly listens, talks with you, encourages you, and makes you smile.

Every call means more to us than just a few minutes on the phone – it's a genuine connection that can brighten an entire day. Sometimes even save more than we can imagine.

Our team is made up of trained operators who call with respect, kindness, and empathy.

The service can be ordered directly by seniors themselves, their loved ones, or partners who want to support a good cause and share kind words.
