Our Operators Are Not "Just Callers"

Why the Service Is Paid

Voláme Srdcem is not a one-time volunteer project or a crisis helpline.
We want our line to be reliable today, tomorrow, and next year –

That's why we operate as a professional service.
The fee paid by families or seniors covers our trained team, data protection,
a secure system for working with personal information,
quality technical support, and long-term stability you can rely on.

Where the State Falls Short, the Heart Steps In

In the Czech Republic, there is currently no national grant or subsidy
that supports regular friendly calls for seniors.

We would love to apply for such support in the future –
but for now, it simply doesn't exist.

That's why Voláme Srdcem was founded as an independent project –
one that relies on its own strength and on people who genuinely care about the older generation.

We Think of Those Who Cannot Afford It

From the very beginning, we've known that loneliness knows no financial limits.
Not everyone can afford regular calls – and yet, they are often the ones who need them most.

That's why we already offer free calls to people in difficult life situations.
We do this thanks to our own resources, as well as the help of partners,
voluntary donors, and kind-hearted people who simply want to do good.

To all who support us – thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
We are also preparing a Charitable Foundation to expand these free calls
and provide regular support for seniors who otherwise could not afford the service.

Together, we bring help where it's needed most – with humanity, respect, and an open heart.
