Terms and Conditions of Voláme Srdcem s.r.o.
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations between:
Voláme Srdcem s.r.o., Company ID No.: 234 93 755, registered office: Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider")
and you as the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
1.2. These terms apply to the purchase of telephone call services as well as goods (e.g., dietary supplements, gift items) via our website or by telephone order.
2. Purchase, Payment and Delivery
2.1. Ordering Services and Goods
The Customer may order service packages of friendly calls or goods via the website, by telephone, or by email. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order.
2.2. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order.

2.4. Delivery of Goods
Goods are dispatched via Czech Post or another carrier (e.g., Zásilkovna, PPL) as agreed with the client.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment or confirmation of a cash-on-delivery order.
Delivery and Payment Options:

Prepayment by bank transfer – after payment is received, goods are dispatched to the provided address.

Cash on delivery – payment upon receipt, as agreed with the client.

Other delivery methods possible upon individual agreement.
The delivery price is always stated in the order or communicated during telephone confirmation. Customers will be informed of any changes or available options.
Invoices are usually sent electronically via email. If the customer wishes to have the invoice included physically in the package, this must be requested explicitly when placing the order.
3. Withdrawal from the Contract
3.1. If you are a consumer (not acting in business capacity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods or confirmation of service order.
3.2. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing by email to: info@volamesrdcem.cz or by registered mail to the company's registered office.
3.3. In case of withdrawal, the payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. If goods have already been delivered, they must be returned in their original and undamaged condition.
3.4. It is not possible to withdraw from services that have already been fully provided.
4. Complaints
4.1. If the delivered goods are defective (e.g., damaged, expired, incorrect), you have the right to make a complaint. Complaints must be filed without undue delay.
4.2. For friendly call services, you may file a complaint regarding non-compliance with the agreed scope (e.g., number of minutes or number of calls), service quality, or operator conduct.

5. Liability for Defects, Consumer Protection
5.1. As the provider, we are responsible for ensuring that the goods or services correspond to the description, are free of defects, and are fit for normal use.
5.2. In the event of a hidden defect, you are entitled to compensation, replacement, repair, or a discount.
5.3. Your rights are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.
5.4. Out-of-court dispute resolution is possible through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
